Sorry to get all political, but the dirty old coot has done it again.
The Inducing Infringement of Copyrights Act introduced last month by the pant load Sen. Orin Hatch (R-Utah) is ready to hit the floor of the Senate Judiciary Committee today.
Markham Erickson, general counsel for NetCoalition had this to say about the bill: "The bill as it is currently drafted is extremely broad and not entirely clear. It would, at a minimum, undermine the Sony Betamax decision."
Since I'm not in a position of any real power, the only way my feeble mind can think of to fight back against this idiotic and close minded jihad against innovation and freedom is to call people (specifically that card carrying Nazi Orin Hatch) childish names.
A little post script to this tirade... Who the hell keeps voting Orin Hatch (the tool) into office? His grudge against technology stems from when the computer replaced the good old days of typewriters.
