This is some line art by Arachne that I am working on and I am having some difficulty trying to come up with a good coloring/shading scheme for the snowman.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It looks pretty good from what I see, you just need to finish. maybe add some blood splatters on his upper half

I think its looking just fine. Maybe the green on the BG could be green/purple?
