Pixel Joint Forum: I actually shaded something (WIP)

for a dolling contest; obviously going baseless cause that's how I roll 
and yes it's not completely shaded, shh
The Lickilicky sprite is just for reference, though I did take the base yellow and pink shades from it so the colors would come out similar.
I mainly need help with the bottom part of the hair. I love how the top came out (not very hair-y but pretty cool looking) but the bottom just looks flat.
