All righty then...
  Here she is... My wife wanted a new avatar, and I keep seeing the most amazing pixelwork here... One of which was a little goth girl with wings and horns... SOOOOO, here I go... She wanted one just like it... Gah! I WISH I was that good... For now, this may have to do... bleh... I am posting the image I took the post from, and my image as it is right now... I could use some help here, oh advanced pixelers... What am I doing wrong...??? |

i dont really like the colours much but the body positioning and shading seem alright.

the right hand seems kinda weird, the left one is not in the right
position and the colours just dont look good 
the wing needs a lot of work at the bottom part and there are some pixels aroound the girl and the stick that i think that arent supposed to be there... In my opinion, the position you chose is relly hard to do, especially with that size. you still got a long work ahead. i would strat to change the right hand to an easier position and to restructure the wings... I'll be waiting to see what comes out of this
