Pixel Joint Forum: Need help with boots

   Hi, I've been working on a piece and can't get the boots to work. They're supposed to look like Uggs (I hate the name, but they're effing' cute) and I just can't get it to work. Here's what I have so far:

Only the shape. First attempt at shading failed. Hard. XD

(Also, C&C on the dress maybe? I like how it turned out myself.)

	Nice dress, you got the volume and folds very well! Add some contrast though. Made a search for boots, you should find inspiration there. Esp this one, not so far from your lighting option.
