Hey havnt done much pixeling or even posted on pixel joint in a while
so i thought i wud do a pixelween thingy.. here it so far wip from donnie
darko i just need to finish the mask i think i wil leave the bg as it is 19
colours so far includeing the movie frame..




i think thats gunna be my final any last comments or crits?

O__O I just watched this movie for the first time last week in our Journalism class. Great portryal of Frank *creepy* I like it a lot so far.. hopefully you'll add a few lighter colours to make it more noticable.

much better but Franks face has really contrasting shades.. maybe tone it down a bit?

dont like the mask highlights. The dithering is too visible, which defeats the point of dithering. Only do that diamond dithering thingy that I don't like unless it is between two shades that are similar, so it will be more subtle

i think the diamond dithering is very nice on donnie, but i think on
the mask it is over textured if you toned it down a bit it would be
cool
