Not a terrible piece but here is some advice.

• Always try to be original with your art. Here its PacMan we know him, ya noes?
• Pixeljoint hates useless backgrounds which the white here is. Read the FAQ thread.
• Coloring in pixelart usually requires a higher contrast than other art forms. Here you have several yellows but it doesn't really show or contribute much.
• Clean lines are a pixelart must. The 45 degree lines on the mouth are what we call 'dirty'. If you must use lines like that then you'll need some AA to smooth things out.
• Also, when you make a forum WIP thread and at the same time submit to the gallery the community will tend to ignore both. The gallery piece is unfinished, or not, who knows? Why give c+c or advice when you think its gallery ready.

Take your time post updates, get feedback, see other's galleries for ideas, inspiration and self-help.
