Hi, I've just recently begun learning pixel art, and I find it fascinating. The amount of work and detail that has to go in it is huge. So I decided to give that a go. I wanted to get some feedback on a certain piece I did today, but before anything I would like to explain myself.

The pic was saved as a JPG originally (only after I tried submitting it on the site have I been notified of ''Artifacts'' caused by possible resizing or something else, have I realised my mistake). Close up it wont look very clean, I am in the process of re-painting it.

What I would like to know is:

1: Is my shading ''about right''.
2: Is my dithering right.
3: Is the lake reflection ''ok-ish''.
4: Any additional comments, tips.
