Hi! This is my first post here, but I read all the rules, so hopefully this will be fine.

I'm making a side scrolling shoot'em'up. I am more of a programmer and very newbie at pixel art, but I thought I'd do the art myself and maybe learn something in the process. Anyway, this is currently the player's space ship, and it probably has a lot of room for improvement. The back is specially unfinished, I'm still trying to get it right:
