It's pretty good, but you may want to think about some form of outline, as PJ has many themes. There's also some pillowshading on the stem and base, and I don't understand why you've got lighter pixels right under the orange either :S

Glass looks nice, too bad you shaded the liquid as an opaque substance. Get some refraction in there!
