Pixel Joint Forum: 2 "Wips" (penis warning)

   Hello, I'm sorta new and I'm bit lost on track of whats going on. Two of my submissions needs a "Revision before approval", does this mean I have to delete the earlier sent submissions (how I do this?) and resubmit improved versions of them? Or just edit the first submission and wait for somebody to approve it? And how do I report to the "approver" that my submission is now "revised"?

While my submissions were taken down messages I received at the time suggested that I could send the two of them as WIPs here for feedback and tips, so here they are. 

First WIP looks unfinished even in my own opinion so I'm all in for suggestions and advice because I want to get better. 

.. I kinda understand why the second WIP was wiped out, I was told before that 
nudity/adult themed art needs a warning in the preview thumbnail and 
thats what I did here. In my opinion it's a finished small piece of pixel art, so I'm not entirely sure what it's
 supposed to be doing here. I hope you forget it's a dick and just approach it with artistic eyes and enjoy the pixel work I manufactured with all the gusto my proteins could at the time provide. Thank you.

	When a piece is sent back and you edit/revisit/modify then you only need to hit the 'edit details' below the art and upload the new version. At the bottom is a 'resubmit' button which is how it goes back into the queue. So thats all with that. I did not send the first image back (I think) however, its not quite pixelart and to me seems more Oekaki than PA. This is because I, at least, see little if any control of the pixel placements. There is a tutorial thread in the resource section by cure that defines and explains this often misunderstood 'but I did it with pixels' category. It isn't really Oekaki, btw. Its just a messy unfinished piece. Other will c+c below ;) The penis, I did send back but to be honest I had no problem with it. What happened was that a post about it was placed right after you submitted it in the chatterbox and one other person PMd me about it. Anything even remotely sexual has to be dealt on a case by case basis. Because the reports were quickly coming in and the penis is 'realistic' and standing (thus erect) then its enough in the gray area that its better for the Mods to just send back instead of having to PM and deal with every prude-ish member, or in your case Lesbians. Also and more importantly, what door does that open. If this is cool why no boobs for the sake of tits. Why not a penis ejaculating...it just opens a can of worms, k. Add to this that every comment sent to us would have a link to pieces like yours saying 'why that and not mine'. Since art is subjective and what is offensive or pornographic is undefinable. Its just the best thing for PJ not to even cross the line. Lastly, PJ memberships begin at 13yo and legally you have to keep a watch or advertisers would go away and PJ would be forced to close. 	It's not like I've a necessity to keep that willy on display here. Reading crit and comments would've been worthwhile, but I will give up on it if the site hosts insists, no problem, no grudge.
