i'm a total noob, but anyway, I think the purple sticks out too much, and the concept of the guy is a bit funny. Kinda like wearing underwear with a hooded cape. I like your detail on him though, and the shadow thing for the cape doesn't look right to me

Anatomy is reallt off. Arms should be longer, torso should be longer and shoulders are out of their place. I overdraw your picture to show what I mean.
