Hey guys , I've made a Ghastly recently and wanted to show it to others. So , tell me what to fix and how it looks. I am a mere beginner according to some so yeah let me know how the art is... ;)

I understand you're probably attempting an anime style, but you should still look up face references to understand accurate proportions and positioning of facial features.
Right now the ears are very high.
The hair line looks a little low, even from a downwards perspective, but I can't say for certain.
The nose bridge should be longer. especially considering the angle.
The right side of his hair has a lump in it. Make sure it reattaches with the skull.
The lines under the eyes should begin at the tear duct; not so far away from it.
