I think the forehead wrinkles are too distracting. might thinking about moving the eye on our right a tad closer to the cetner of the face. looking good thus far, the likeness isn't there though. the shape of the upper lip, the shape of the nose, and the lack of squint are the most obvious differences. Likeness aside, the nose is a little wonky, it doesn't feel like it really flows back into the face, the nostril/bridge/ball could be more accurately placed and defined.
