   CHALLENGE: Ad To The Future
Create an advertisement in any format you want (billboard, TV  advertisement, banner ad, etc...) for some kind of futuristic piece of  technology.

Canvas Size - Unresticted.

Colours - Max 35.

Transparency - Optional.

Animation - Optional.
CHALLENGE RULES
Participants have until this upcoming Sunday at midnight (12AM Pacific) to submit their entry (strict). Don't forget to check the 'Submit to weekly challenge' checkbox.
Only new pixels allowed.
Open to all members.
Posting WIPs in this thread or in new threads in the WIP section is highly encouraged, but ONLY SUBMIT YOUR FINAL ART.
CHALLENGE JUDGING
Every Sunday at midnight (12AM Pacific) the previous week's entries are judged.
Every week a new voting poll will be posted for previous week's entries.
Winner announced the following week.

CHALLENGE PRIZES/GOODIES
Top three finishers will receive an award displayed in your PJ gallery profile for all to see and envy.
Top finisher gets to call the following week's challenge...sweet.
'Participation' ribbons will be given for all who enter.
No matter what happens you get challenged :)

	This is going to be tough to come up with ideas for. I definitely envy anyone who can do guns - despite being made up of fairly simple shapes at their core, they always seem to elude me This color scheme does make it feel more retro than futuristic, but that's not necessarily a bad thing (one look at the lights on the gun will tell you it's futuristic). I'm interested in seeing how you incorporate the advertising aspect!

	I... well, I have no idea, except the fact that I like steampunk, I've played quite a bit of Mass Effect (yeah, the 'silly idea' was actually a steampunk N7 sniper rifle, but I eventually scrapped it) and I've been rather impressed by Xamllew's recent works :) I also try to never use any references for my pixelart (except when making fanart and similar stuff) which may or may not be a good thing :/ Here's some more wip: And now to turn it into an ad! Typography time :D

	This may be a stupid question but, in an animation will the colors be counted in all the frames combined or will it be just none of the frames can have over 35?

If every frame has different colours, then yes, the colours will be counted. But if they're the same every time, it's fine. ~~~~~~~~~~~ @OP I really need to get back into pixelling...

	Oh actually i was talking about the ones hanging right over her forehead not the ones you changed. Though i would say a slight cross between the two most recent versions you posted would be the best.

	You can make the canister spin by putting a logo on the can, and moving that around. And you can ease the transition by maybe giving the screen a quick flicker? Just like how old TVs do when they are getting into bad shape.
