Looks like a baobab tree :)
Tree crown is oval and has a shadow and highlight.
For simplicity, we have at the beginning of this oval painting with shadows and light,
and then draw it in the leaves and branches.
The same a tree trunk is a curve of a long cylinder,
on which falls the shadow of the crown.
A spot of grass under a tree can not make a perfect circle,
and the shape of the crown of the tree plus the texture of the grass (in shade)
and the edge of this shadow can be rough - sticking a blade of grass it will give some realism.
