My sprites are a bit flat and I really want them to be polished for my game, so can anyone help me out here?

Use an image hosting site to store the images then use the tree icon to post the images in the forum. No one is going to download a .rar file just to give you feedback. And we won't do the work for you, but we will give critique and advice on how to improve.
