Pixel Joint Forum: Another Character

Yow guys!

I was looking at profiles of various artists, especially static characters and found that their characters not only have good palette but a certain, well... character to them? XD

That inspired me to make something like it and try my mind.

Help me improve at palettes, and structure, anatomy etc.
