Pixel Joint Forum: Potential Sprite Sheet Help

   Hey guys, I'm doing a mock-up of a game and I'm trying to keep to a simple sort of design with sprite sheeting and mock-up pictures. These are really rough and incomplete, but am I on the right track?

What should I do to enhance the artstyle while keeping it simple?
