I don't know if it looks very well...

So, any C&C accepted...

The moon is on the wrong side of the character. His shadows push against it. Also, I think the sky could be dark and the stars and moon light.

Hehe, it's normal, the light don't come from the Moon !

But I admit, it can perturb a bit

And, it's just a first try...

He is sad. Is it because hs leg's can't adiquate support him? Poor little guy with week thigh birth defects. He looks fine to me except the nose needs shading and the moon s a bit flat.

Pixel_Outlaw : Thanks for the comments, I'll try to work a bit in that direction...

Shark : I know that, I'm not completely dumb , but in my Picture, the light come from another source of light, from top left. A lamp for example, or what you want...
Or the sun, because you can see the sun and the moon at the same time. And in this case, the light will come from the Sun (and also reflected by the Moon)...

But we're not here to talk about celestial mechanics...

If the sun is shining how can the stars be seen. Why would there be
a lamp outside?

i think your being lazy, jus re-shade the moon to make it fit.

You're right, I'm a bit lazy, and I saw that a moon can't have a shadow...

So I'll try to make all this more coherent...

Thanks.

Well, with the sun and moon out there is just two lightsources. You know it's allowed to have more than a single lightsource.

As for the moon supposedly not being the source of light, I'm okay with that. I just think that to the extent to which the shadow is darkened, it's a bit unreasonable. You have to have a pretty strong light (like a flashbulb sort of strong) to bring a shadow that deep against the moon, especially with a highlight that bright in comparison. Either darken the light or lighten the dark, I figure.

EDIT: And to whoever said the moon can't have a shadow, well... it does. Hence the crescent shape. It's just that the moon doesn't have a shadow (other than in craters et cetera) on the area reflecting the sun's light. As far as I know, at least. I didn't pay much attention in the astronomy quarter of Earth science.

And the moon seems to be litteraly a cresent, cause you can see stars through.

maybe you should remove those 2 stars that overlap the moon

good job tho.

but im not very fond of the random dithering, it looks a bit unorganised.
