This is the right section, and it's good to be your first commenter too (leaves "first" comment and then dissapears).
Your scene has a good setup, and a lot of it is understandably quite rough and unfinished. The tree is good, the gesture and shape of the character on the branch is pleasing, and that particular set of elements is really promising. The bush looks like you put a lot of work into, but sadly it doesn't work. It's usually best to let leaves blend into each other a little, and if you're drawing them in a scene rather than a sprite, it pays to leave things less outlined. I'm also not sure about their placement, but that might just be the shape they form. Try something that has a line that leads the eye back from the castle/distant thing and towards the characters-- a close-foreground log with a branch sticking out, for instance. Then you'll have a composition built around a nice circular path that makes everyone happy. Your colours are good. Well chosen! That's it for now. A lot needs work to be less rough, but after that, it's going to be easier to comment on. |

thx @superturnip :D btw I think you're correct about the bush, I will redo the bush and show it in the next update. Maybe coz most of my work were spriting and tiling, so yeah I never do a kind of scenery like this, thanks for your input :D I will try to apply it <3
