Hey pixel experts, I am trying to convert the upper logo into something more 2D and Pixel-Artie. I'm using the Game Over font as a baseline and I'm trying to limit the amount of colours and removing the gradient from the upper logo. I'd love to have some sort of character thrown in there too but I couldn't imagine where to start there. Any critiques would be appreciated.
