Now, i work on the new version of online sport's game, Blood bowl

this is my last creation (preview of Skink, lizardman in warhammer's world)

That has got to be the biggest collection on animated sprites i have ever seen! The only thing is that the shading on them needs work try to desaturate the colors and also never shade with less than 3 colors.(unless you create the third by dithering.)

He's just stomping in place, rather than walking, which I assume he's supposed to be doing. You'll have to have his feet receed more noticably into the distance before he lifts them to extend again.

Instead of making the feet go lower, what you should try is shrinking the foot a bit to give it some perception of travelling away from the viewer.  With the front-on view you have, that will probably be the best way to show the leg actually going back behind him.

It also might not hurt to leave a frame tailless between the tail-switching frames to represent the time needed for his tail to swing from one side of his body the other.  Right now, its an instantaneous pop and given the time the tail stays on each side, makes it look likes its warping over.
