Drawing stones is still a nightmare...
Any advices for the crappy left side of the waterfall? It looks so weird =/

A third color will help you define shape a bit more I think. If you want to see some good stones look no further than the roads and cave walls of 1990's era Japanese RPGs. :)

True that! I had not noticed! Well... I intend to animate it at a given moment. If I canīt, I'll just try to make it look it more realistic. Since itīs intended for the challenge, I have this annoying 8 color restriction.

You could try some of your light brown where the light would touch the stones but looking at the gap between it and the next brown down it might be a bit much. It looks pretty rocky already. Hard to get shapes when you have 2 colors and small area to define that shape within.

I don't know if its just my monitor, but is there a pink-like halo (that shouldn't be there)around my mountains? 0_o

This visual effect - do not worry everything is OK.
This water column (waterfall) can be dissipated on particles in its lower part or you can add a cloud of splashes, which usually appear when the water falls from a great height.
