Hello folks!
So, I'm beginner in Pixel Art, and wanna ask you for some advice to my PA's.
Wanna
 know, what should I change in both of characters, Scout (with yellow 
markings) seems 
to be good but... idk maybe I should change sth. Shaman is
 finished, but I don't like this close arm and he looks like he have 
short legs instead of looking like making squat, you know. aaand for 
sure I should make this skull bigger, cause it is helmet, not regular 
head of his :D
This little figures next to them are first versions of
 characters, but when I saw this pic -

And want to know if it is some style or sth?
