So here is one of the characters I'm trying to create for an RPG I'm making. This is specifically for a Rogue/Thief Class.

With that said I need some guidance on how to better shape the feet, legs, and eyes. And any other small things I can add to make him look like a thief. I'm also really not good when it comes to animating so if someone could point out good pivot points to make some smooth animations that would be cool too!
