These portraits are great! But they are also such a distinct style that it is hard to comment on! The orcs nose seems very far from its mouth. Also its head seems tilted back but it's ears (in the new one) seem more tilted front.

The skull still has its teeth it seems? Those could perhaps be better defined. On the top above the eyebrows there is a lot of banding, you could consider looking into that.
The left (our right) eye seems tall compared to the right. and his right shoulder patch is more in his neck than on its shoulder.

Hi, Hapiel! Thanks for CC! I'll try fixing it. Regrading Orc's nose, I used Warhammer and Metzen's art for reference ( https://geekculture.co/blizzards-chris-metzen-retires-from-game-industry/ ), and they all leave some space between nose and mouth (especially warhammer orcs), so I guess that is standard, although I've drawn bigger and flatter nose, compared to say Metzen's or Warhammer orcs, so guess they can't sue me now for copyright infringement

Ok. Tried to save the skeleton's head: removed that banding above right eye, moved left eye down and fixed shoulder pad.

Nice experimenting! I'm  a fan of number . Perhaps with a slight bit more contrasting colors on the robe, stronger highlights, it could pop out a bit more interestingly. The space around it is dark, but the robe is quite lit, which suggest to me a strong directional light, and a huge room so that there is no ambient reflection?

Also, is te purple inside the hood intended as a highlight coming from the eyes, or is it a purple colored part of the hood?

Thank you for suggestion. I think ambient is non-existing, because scene happens in some crypt, and light shines from the front, giving somewhat pillow-shaded feel. Guess instead of black background, crypt walls could be added.

It is highlighted by the eyes. Maybe it should be removed completely, the eyes ain't that bright anyway.
