I like the highlighting/shadow effect generally throughout, but I'm not quite sure if the blue from the right would reflect on the the wheel (is it a wheel??) like that. And if it is meant to reflect like that, where's the reflection from the left green pattern?

And where is the yellow color coming from for the left, wrecked wheel? I'd assume it would have a similar sheen to the black wheel to the right.

Might also suggest that you use the white in your palette for the distant stars and add more of them. Also, maybe create more wheels further out.
