Hello! I'm having a bit of trouble with going from grayscale to color on the UI for a project of mine and was wondering if you all had any thoughts on how to improve it/feedback.
Two current iterations I think came out the best (though the latter is still a bit gray): ![]() ![]() Here's (https://imgur.com/a/MqWofEz) it cleaned of icons, if you want to mess around with the colors yourself. Also note that during gameplay the UI often ends up displaying over world-objects (as seen here (https://imgur.com/a/EpcUPHF)). So in the interests of differentiating background from foreground color-wise, I tried applying the wood color to the other UI elements - I think it may be better, but I'm worried it may have ended up a little brown. ![]() |
