like the character but think maybe you should a slight defining line to distinguish rim of hat from top of hat......hit feet seem flat....although i cant figure out y

remember the human body isnt one big curve ... unless hes realy fat, so try defineing the shape of the body arms and legs witht the shadeing, i think the feet seem kinda flat because the inside corner of the shoe is square, get rid of that one pixel towards the middle on each shoe see what it looks like.

but i like ur design lol looks funkeh!
