A lot of work to be done, some of these are pretty old.

Any tips?

they all have such different styles. I like the second one the best though.

The first looks like an old Final Fantasy platform

I like the soft feel of the second piece... very clean.  It'd be nice to bump up the contrast just a smidge, give the grass a little texture and connect the fence.   The cracks in the rocks look perfect.

I love them all. The first and third have the appeal of a turn based RPG, like Tactics Ogre, and pull it off very well. The fourth reminds me of Earthbound, but the grass tile needs to match the smoothness of the asphalt. The second is awesome. I'm going to try that style some time.

I really like the top image. The textures on it look beatiful and it's kept simple.

The second one is my fave. You really broke the grid there. I can't tell where one tell ends and another begins! It's quite nice, but I feel the colors should be more vibrant and have more contrast. The bland, unsaturated colors you've used really kill the piece. Keep the rock the same color, though.

Actually, I'm seeing these boring colors in every piece. I've always thought that bright iso pieces(ala Final Fantasy Tactics) were the best. Put some life in!
Especially the grass. It looks as if the grass is dying, but not quite yellow yet.
I like the layout, the lineart, the tiles, everything except the colors. The color layout is good too, but as I've said many times before, the unsaturated colors you've used don't do your work justice.

Thumbs up!
