Okay, recently I submitted some pixela rt and it said I used a flilter, but I didn't... I made them by hand, I'd really appreciate it if they were approved.

I'd suggest posting them in the WIP forum as non-pixel art and ask how to make it look more pixel-arty and less filtered.

I don't have a pixelate filter, but if I did, I'm sure this would come out very much the same. There are too many points that are darkened when they're almost impossible to see that way. If you did make it, how come you darkened parts of the shadow? and why is mine the exact same size?

Why not try drawing the items over again using lineart and then do the dither pattern afterwords? That would certainly help it look less like a filter.

It's not about how "pixely" or detailed something is -- it's about filters.  They're a big problem in the pixel art realm because anyone with Photoshop can make a "pixel art" pic in two seconds from a photograph. Nothing personal.
