This is what it sounds like to me. You want us to fix it and make it better for you, then you can take it to another graphics forum and try to pass it off as your own.

That might not be it, but that's what it sounds like to me.

  Well I didn´t do too well a job on this or it will end up not being an edit.

  I put a black ouline as it gives ta cartoony look, but witout using the black lins as line art, I´ll explain, instead of all the lines being black tI only drew the lines on the outside without touching inside the sprite.

 It needed shading as it lookedvery epty without, I hope you´ll learn from this.  I changed the leg to tentacles as I thought would go better but it´s now less an octo-man than an octopuss.

  Remember this as it´s the most important thing I have to say here, always and I mean ALWAYS try your best, if you ever want to improve you have to try your best because it´s he only time that you get better is when you try you hardest.

Oh and one more thing,when oing eyes ever use squares as pupils unless you´re going for a uniue style.   Hope this helped youand gets you working hard toiprove. See you around.

One thing I would suggest is to go through some tutorials to sharpen some of your skills.  Do as many as it takes until you feel your pixels are ready to rumble.  Start with Rifts little mini tutorial as a jumping off point.

I'll only be satisfied when Supadude actually learns something from this.

Supadude, whilst it is good to recieve crit online to aid in your personal pixel skills progression, it is also important to practice at home...privately...without showing everyone. What I mean is, look at how other people work, read tutorials, sketch ideas and put sufficient time into every 'artwork.' Sometimes the only way to learn is on your own. We won't be able to give you any 'magic pixel skills.'  You will, however, find many talented pixel artists willing to help you out ONCE youve followed the above couple of points.

Also, whilst english MAY not be your first language, you HAVE stated that you live in the United Kingdom, so you undoubtedly would require atleast some knowledge of english to get by every day. Please try to muster all your power of the english language when posting....even though the best of us will find we've written impossible to understand and outrageously long sentence without even noticing...it. Good luck here! Communication is very important, especially if you cant fall back on your artwork to do the talking ;)
