Oh man, the gap between the legs is faaar too wide. It's scary.
Her thigh should connect to her butt, not just to the side of her waist. Personally i wouldn't add so much detail at this stage.

Her foot is very flat, if you look at your own feet you'll see the archs and curves which you should try to show in your piece. The lines are quite ragged, and not very refined (Not helped by the AA, which would suggest the background to be black). She doesn't seem to have a back either (or at least, her boob goes around into her armpit) and i don't think natural cleavage like that is possible. Hmmm, there are quite alot of faults anatomy-wise, i can't really point them all out. Generally the pose and shapes don't flow very well in my eyes. Not really sure what to suggest. Also, try to define shapes by highlights or shadows, not by AAd lines!

Sorry if that was a bit negative, but keep at it.

I'm not really sure what style you're going for - the face is extremely cartoony, but the body is pretty detailed even though it's not 100% realistic (like larrick just pointed out).   So.. that's a bit confusing.

Also the bent arm seems too long compared to the other one.  I suggest taking out the shading and aa for a bit and work a bit more on the line art and block out some colors without too much detail, because it's really a pain to spend so much time on finishing touches and then have to redo it all.
