	Oooh, some really slick work coming in for this challenge. I don't know if I'll have time to finish, but I wanted to go for a selection screen where the background fades out and back in when you change characters... hard to explain. :P

	Wish , that's really nice, I don't know what you can add, depends of the game you're doing.. maybe some stats like charm, love, massage skills etc. Eh Sedge!! "here comes a new challenger!!" I don't understand your idea yet.. but can't wait to see more.. here is mine so far by the way can someone tell me where did I unconscioulsy steal the idea of the teleporter from? 	Art_Sempai: You have a really neat thing going there - I think if you tweaked your palettes a bit you could make it that much better. The super saturated orange you have outlining the hair could use some toning down, I think making it less saturated would do wonders for the definition of her face, since she has those blonde eyebrows/eyelashes. I think another skin tone to use as an outline would be a good addition - all the other parts of her are outlined, which makes the skin kind of disappear into her hair by comparison.

	ok, I'll check that again, could be megaman yeah... portrait nearly (over?)done.. I was quite happy until i noticed he looks like tom cruise.. anyway.. I learnt so much on AA doing this!

	Kakikukeko, that's awesome. I don't think it's overdone atall, and the fact he's pointing in the direction of the sprite is great. Also, what's wrong with tom cruise? Lol... I don't think he looks like him anyway.

	Well, this definitely will not be finished in time for the challenge, but here is my WIP anyway. It can't even throw a wimpy punch at some of the spectacular mock-ups in here, but... D: OMG WHO WOULD HAVE GUESSED IT WOULD BE NERRIK AGAIN 8) The sprite is giving me such a hard time. Urgh. I thought I might just show you guys my first ever mock-up. 8D;; I added the age/race stats there just for fun; they take up a lot of room, and the basic stats will probably be what stays (atk, spd, def.) I don't know if I'll add the hat to the portrait; I will probably, though, just for sake of continuity with the sprite. I just like drawing him without it. Yeah, very boring, sorry. There will probably be a forest background once I finish the portrait and sprite, but... mmmmm. :/ Edited by Stitchy - 06 May 2007 at 12:26pm

	what we got here are some great pixel art works... :D it'll de ahrd to chose the winner i like: -Wish04: this style look a lot like RO... :P and i'm a fan of RO -Mil: his work looks great, i wish he finish it... i definitvly like this one too, castlevania style -Loop: cartoonish style, very clean i'm waiting for seen how he will put the character selection.. -Setzer: what this guy got in mind is very diferent is not a nnormal selectio nscreen, also clean well this are my 4 favs
