How Can i improve this, Besides it being in black and white.

You seem new to pixelart/art or a young person or both. The main problem you have and the hurdle you have to cross is lighting. This like your 3 zippos are pillow shaded. Pillow shaded means the light is in the center pointing straight at your subject. This is poor technique. With smaller pixels lighting IS everything. There are many great icon makers in the gallery you should look at their work to see what elevates little things into great little things. Check PhychoCarp's stuff for example. Check how lighting makes this ipod interesting looking. More ipods.

There is still a ways to go to make it real good. At this point color all the black into shades of grey that follow the lighting too. Highlight are important since an iPod is shiny.
You are using the pencil tool only, right? Seems like a lot of greys used : /



EDIT: You must not submit everytime you make a change. Pixelart requires patience and nothing proves your inability to be patient like flooding the gallery queue. Making Mods angry is not a good thing. Take your time, enjoy learning, pixelling and creating things. There is no hurry. You do want to fit in and be a cool member, right?
