I would guess that at the positioning of the front wheel, the car would be turning towards us. I like the style of it so far. I don't see anything wrong on the line art until I see it colored.

 The windows are a bit big, but i meant to make it look cartoony. Any suggestions? |

Ummm... nothing other than, make the color a bit lighter because it all sort of blends in, or add highlights. It's looking good.

I don't want to copy zoomrix but this is what you need to do, basically.
only other thing is the lower line of the roof - seems a bit jaggy - make the curve smoother if possible. |
