Well, I've been around for a bit now and made a few posts.  So, I figured I'd better get an avatar thrown together.  Here's what I threw together real quick:

The question that should be asked is: What do you want out of it?  Are you content with a MS Paint pencil and fill, or did you want something more?  Cartoony figures are always hard to critique because there's no set rule with how they should look.
 
But if want to start somewhere, you will at need to shade and AA your piece at least.

Over all, I really like the "muppet" look you have here.
With some shading, I think this will look really cool =D

Thanks for the input.  I was mainly asking about the lines at this point.  The color fills were a quick preliminary pallet.  I do plan on shading it.  I should have something more later today.
