   Trying to finish this up, but I am having trouble with the slanted text for the start/select button labels...

Does anyone have a technique or any tips for something like that?  Maybe a bit more AA on them?

	Some AAing would do the trick I'm sure. Honestly, I can't tell you how to do it... it's more of a messing around with it kind of thing.

	Looks like you have got the basics of the text down pretty much. Just look at it as if you saw it for the first time and try to imagine which parts would be more round and which would be more sharp and use your awesome AA'ing skills accordingly. Awesome self portrait too.

	Ok, AA'ed it alot more, I think it actually looks more close to being printed on there instead of handwritten. Another question real quick... Should I add head phones to it? You know, ear buds for a bit of extra "bam"? Edited by Ensellitis

	I think earbuds would rupture the squareness of it. Depends on wether you see that as good or bad. Really nice thus far, though! "start" still needs work. The A and the R are too short. Or seem to be.

	I think they are the right length but they are just one pixel lower that the rest of the letters on "start". Also It hink the A and B buttons could use a bit more volume, maybe add more contrast to make it look more like buttons.

	Ok, updated the image. Fixed the "Start" text as best I could and shaded the A and B buttons a bit more for depth... How does it look now?

	Ok, maybe the last update... I redid the palette for the screen, and added the father of Gameboy games, Tetris. Did some touchup on the letters and dithering. What do you think now? Ready to submit?

	Very nice. Generally very well AA'd. The arrows around the D-pad are barely visible.

	This is awesome. :D I think though.. shouldn't the screen look a little more inside of the gameboy than it is? .. er, maybe I'm just a goof. I think you could use some darklights (opposite of highlights XD XD) around the screen to make it more 3Dish. :)

	Ah yes, Aleiav, you are right, I updated it, it added 3 mor colors, but I think it looks alot better now. I also added some highlights on the arrows to make them more visible. Edited by Ensellitis
