Hello all, this is my first post here. Found this place about a week ago, seems like I've been browsing it since. Got me interested in pixel art again. Tried it once before....Never could get the hang of coloring.

So I'm at it again, trying to make a little shop as an avatar for here. Gladly welcome all comments, but I'm really trying more to focus on shading, texturing and color selection.

Edit: The white background shows up transparent in my files...?

	Hello. Most of the time you want to use atleast 3 colors to define a base color. One coor for the shadow one for the actual color and one for the reflected light color.
