It seems that you're new to pixel art. I can tell you one thing. Start off far, far, far smaller.

Im sorry for the delay my account wasn't functioning.

 Heres  Picture also i am doing it over i think mines is too much.

Im trying to master shading but i cant even do it so i need shding help lol plz help.

Get a pen and paper, you can learn how to shade drawn objects much easier with that, in my opinion. Just draw a ball or cube or something, and a lightsource, and shade it. Remember to check references and research anything you don't understand!

When you do come back to this i agree with Opacus that you should start much much smaller to learn the Pixelart basics.

not that large objects are forbidden in pixelart. but working on something smallers makes your life easier.

again, you need to start at the beginning. You seem to be all over the place, expecting to have an awesome outcome before you even get anywhere with the basics. Your gallery is full up with 4 tiles that you haven't even bothered to improve on and now you're going on a posting spree? No. I don't think so. FOCUS my friend before you explode and we have to move you to another galaxy.
