Pixel Joint Forum: Stomp, stomp, stomp Lil Dude!

Message

A WIP of my Lil Dude version of one of my favorite pixel art pieces, STOMP STOMP STOMP by FrankieSmileShow.
When I saw it, the robot just reminded me of a giant Lil Dude. 

I need to change the perspective a bit, as it looks a bit more like a strut than a stomp at the moment.  And I'll add the other guy trying not to get stomped.

Comments, crits, or suggestions?

	Slight update: I think it has a bit more of a STOMP! to it now. I'm trying to add the little guy in there, but he is being stubborn. EDIT WIP of the little guy... Edited by old_flick - 31 March 2008 at 6:42pm

	This is cool, though I'm not sure that the green is working. In fankie's piece mud splattering makes sense.. but grass? .. idunno.. maybe if you got rid of that, the 3 little lines of black moving back would show up better and would be enough to show the depth and movement.. but other than that, I think it's awesome!

	I think I'm about done with this. Not a lot of update. I cleaned up a little, changed the rolling animation a bit, and tried to space out the moving grass a little better. I tried it without the smooshing grass, but that is sort of my favorite part so I think I'm leaving it in
