I suggest you clean it up some before you make a decision on antialiasing. It has a lot of areas where lines vary in width and have extra corner pixels. Removing a lot of those should make it look quit a bit cleaner without AA. Problem spots for that include the shadow and outline of the central element and the top and bottom of the first inner circle. You also have some noisy-looking pixels in the shadows and the leftmost lit area. They're giving you a grainy effect that clashes with the large areas of solid color.
You have some areas where you border dark areas that touch light ones with intermediate colors. It looks kind of murky and nasty at the moment, as it hovers between nice thin AA and a block of intermediately-lit space. Either would probably work, but the just-over-1px width you have now doesn't.
You might also try adding just a tad of saturation to your grey to give the piece some more interest. If you're up for it, a hue shift along your grey ramp to indicate a colored lightsource (slightly yellow for sun, maybe?) would be excellent.
