ok where to start?....
148 colors certainly are way to much, also they dont help create definition at all, more likely confusion...

the grass seems way to high and leads things out of proportion. related to the heigth of the grass the island seems to have a diameter of about 2- 3 meter, or less ... there are way too much waterfalls which is kinda unnatural and also really distracting ... theres no defined lightsource and everything looks pillowshaded... the repeating pattern of the grass is very obvious and not very pleasing... the island seems to be off perspective.... the pic lacks depth and composition ..... and whats that stuff on the sides ...dandelions?.... (sry if this sounds a little harsh...)
