im working on a flag.
i make this aniamtion in easytoon.
export it into PS and delete the background


the next thing was to add some highlights



at the end i paint the border yellow and add some shadows.


now my problem is that the flag looks to clean. i would like to have it more dirty (but not tattered).

if you want to dirty it up you'll have to use different colors. just make splotches or patches on it with different colors. probably best to do colors close to what are already on it now so it looks more like a stain or something than just a patch.

The latest does look good, though with the force it's flapping I'd imagine the tails would twist a bit more violently at the end of it.
