	Use the tree icon to post it as an image. You should just start to remake it with the basics; clean lines, define a light source, increase colour contrast.

	The hands don't really look like they're wrapped around the club, but rather like they're resting on top of it. Try looking up reference pics of hands holding handles and things.

	legs are too short, the arms even look longer than the legs. far arm doesn't make sense. seconding WM's comment about the hands. lightsource is all over the place.
