   I'm having some issues with this achievement icon, and I'd like some help on how to make it better.

Here's the image:

It's supposed to be a picture of a CRT computer, with a hard-wire background. I tried to use dithering to capture the texture (may have messed up, though).

Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?
