I'm doing this scene for fun and wanted to know what you think

An Orc Barbarian, Dwarf Warrior, Human Wizard
There are still rumors make an Elf Archer (top Griffin), The Giant, perhaps a Cyclops or a Golem, the Fireball and finally the scenario
Where can I improve? Any tips?
