If so, it'd be very helpful to post your reference. I notice right now that at a pixel-polish level it's still very rough -- why did you use dithering on part of the forehead and nowhere else? I'd also say that the highlights on the nose and the (our right) cheek are somewhat wrong given the light source and could use that midtone used in the forehead to make it draw less attention. More C+C to come with reference, I suppose.

Edit: Just realized this may come off as being a bit condescending. I bestow a preemptive apology, as it is meant to be purely informative.

Because of the lighting color, you may want to try swapping out the white on the teeth with one of the oranges you are already using.

Also, the yellow text doesn't seem to go very well with the piece. Try playing around with the other colors you are already using on the face.
