An ex-coworker and I are working on a mobile game. We are both programmers with very limited artistic ability so we are looking for an artist who can do sprite sheet art for characters and potentially items. We do require that we own full license and ownership of the art upon payment for it.

Our ideal candidate should be able to create high quality/pixel count sprite sheets from scratch with a concept to go off of. Sometimes we may have concept art but most of the time it will just be a description of the character, their personality and what skills they have.
